Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Trip details you enter: group size, each traveler's age (no names), trip dates, parks, must-do rides, pace, whether you stay at a Disney resort hotel, and whether you want split blocks. We use them only to build and rebuild your plan.
• Trip status: whether the trip is unlocked, when, and the Stripe checkout reference used to confirm payment.
• Crew votes: the rides each browser voted for, stored with a random voter id. No names or emails.
• Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your IP address with a timestamp, used to rate-limit voting, deleted after about a day.
• Cookies: a voter cookie (one ballot per browser per trip) and, for the trip creator, an organizer cookie. Both are functional only. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Early email signups: before launch, emails entered on our landing page were collected by our form provider, Tally, to send product updates. We no longer collect new ones; existing signups stay with Tally until you ask us to delete them.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's checkout page. Your card details and billing information go to Stripe, not to us; we only receive whether the payment succeeded and a reference id. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.

Where data is stored

The app is hosted on Vercel. Trip data, votes and rate-limit hashes are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Retention and deletion

Trips are kept so your link keeps working. Email hello@queueandcrew.com with your trip link to have a trip and its votes deleted.

Children

We ask for ages, never names. The service is meant to be used by an adult organizing the trip.
