What Queue & Crew is
Queue & Crew builds a suggested day-by-day plan for a group trip to Walt Disney World from the details you enter (group size, ages, dates, parks, must-do rides, pace and hotel type). Day 1 of the plan is free. A one-time payment of $19 per trip unlocks the remaining days, printable PDF pamphlets, the crew share link and crew tools (must-do voting and the day-before refresh). There are no accounts and no subscriptions.
Plans are suggestions, not guarantees
Plans are generated automatically from a hand-maintained snapshot of public information (ride heights, status, typical waits and hours). Parks change hours, close rides and change Lightning Lane rules and prices without notice. Lightning Lane costs we show are estimates from public price trackers, never quotes. Always check the official Disney app on the day. Height guesses by age are conservative estimates, not measurements; ride rules posted at the attraction always win.
Trip links
Anyone with a trip link can view that trip, and on unlocked trips can vote on must-dos. Share it only with your crew. The organizer link shown once at creation lets its holder apply votes and refresh the plan; keep it private.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service (for example automated voting, scraping, or attempts to access trips that aren't yours).
Payments
Payment is processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. The price is shown before you pay. Day 1 is a free preview, so all sales are final once the full plan is unlocked, except as described in the refund policy (duplicate charges, plans that fail to generate, or technical issues we can't fix within 3 business days).
No affiliation
Queue & Crew is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Disney. Attraction and park names are used only to describe them.

Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a trip is limited to the amount you paid for that trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
